Future cases are stress tests for doctrine.
Lex-Cybernetica uses scenarios to test whether a legal rule survives difficult facts involving embodiment, continuity, replication, control, identity, dependence and synthetic genesis.

Tales from Lex-Cybernetica
The five novels are retained as scenario evidence and narrative stress tests. They are not binding precedent and do not change the Founder-Frozen framework automatically.

Published case analysis must distinguish facts, assumptions, doctrine applied, unresolved questions and alternative outcomes. No scenario is represented as a prediction of enacted law.
