About
Lex-Cybernetica is a proposed future-law framework.
Its purpose is to develop legal categories and institutional safeguards for societies in which cybernetic integration, synthetic cognition, non-biological embodiment and new forms of genesis may challenge current law.
The project
A legislative architecture, not a technology product.
Lex-Cybernetica asks how law should recognise Persons, allocate responsibility, protect autonomy and preserve equality when technical configuration no longer maps cleanly onto traditional biological assumptions.
Version 3.0 is founder-frozen for publication. Research, criticism and scenario testing may inform later amendments or successor editions, but they do not silently alter the current edition.
